Production Team

The Quarantined Film Project was launched by ChocolateMedia.de in Berlin, Germany. ChocolateMedia was founded by Russ C. Smith, a film maker and composer with a diverse background in Clinical and Research Medicine with a degree specialising in Molecular Biology. He is recently known for his work on the multiple award winning Queer Lives Matter documentary, as well as film and music production with Angela Merkel and the German Federal Government G20 & G7 Youth conferences, Week of the Environment with the German federal President, Joachim Gauch, Robert Bosch Stiftung, Volkswagen Group, BMZ, Greenstorming, Fields, Deutsche Telkom Stiftung, and much more.

The Quarantined Film Project‘s team is international and globally dispersed, with support in Germany, UK, USA, Indonesia, and more. The team is currently growing to achieve the project’s broad goals of documenting this global story in a fresh and honest way.

Adriana Kulig – the founder of AKA FILM Production – is a film and television producer with over 14 years of work experience. She studied Film production management at the National School of Film in Lodz, Poland. Currently Based in the UK.

Dr. Lana Neal – A diverse and talented Scientist and Artist as well as a very accomplished teacher. Leading Infinity Tutoring for many years in the USA.

Rohit Patel – Research assistant at TU Braunschweig in the field of thin films and surface coating. He uses drones to explore the world with a bird’s eyes view. Currently Based in Braunschweig, Germany.

Klara Ravat – Klara is an olfactory artist an experimental filmmaker based in Berlin. After studying qualitative trend research in Barcelona Klara moved to The Netherlands where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (ArtScience at The Royal Academy of Arts). At the same time, she started studying Psychology at the Open University of Catalonia. Klara is the co-founder and the director of the Smell Lab, a platform for olfactory art and inter-disciplinary practices that relate to scent as a medium for expression and communication, in Berlin and in an international context.
